Mike Reed
Mike has been with ServiceOne since October of 2006. He is married and has two lovely daughters. As one of our most experienced service technicians Mike holds a license as: Master Plumber, Master HVAC, Master Refrigeration, MasterHydronics and is a Journeyman Electrician.

Mike says he enjoys working at ServiceOne because the employees are treated like professionals. He also appreciates the quality tools and training ServiceOne provides to complete a task and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Rob Kubik

Born in Clinton and raised in Dubuque, Rob has been a service technician for almost seven years. Rob holds a license as: Master HVAC and Journeyman in Hydronics, Plumbing and Refrigeration.

Rob enjoys being able to work on a variety of appliances in different locations every day.

Ben Buse

Dubuque native, Ben Buseis the newest addition to the ServiceOne team. Ben has been helping as an installer for more than 6 months. He joined the team after attending NICC for one year.

Ben says he likes the diversity of work he gets do to on a daily basis.

John Beadle

John Beadle has been the lead installer at ServiceOne for more than 3 years. He is married and has three daughters. John holds a license as: Master HVAC and Master Plumber.

John likes working at ServiceOne because of the people and the great team atmosphere.

Randy Simon
Randy Simon has been a service technician with ServiceOne for more than 3 years. He is married and has two daughters and one son. Randy was born and raised in Dubuque. Randy holds a license as: Journeyman HVAC and Plumbing

Randy likes the variety of challenges on the job and getting to meet so many new people. Randy lives on Leisure Lake and enjoys boating , four wheeling and fishing.

Mike Gerdemann joined the ServiceOne team more than five years ago as an appliance technician. He is married with one daughter. He is also a Dubuque native.

Larry Ryan
Larry Ryan is the newest member of the ServiceOne team, but comes to us with more than 30 years of plumbing experience.

Larry is married with 3 daughters and 1 son and is the proud grandfather of 5.
Larry was born and raised in Dubuque. Larry holds a license as: Journeyman Plumbing

Larry enjoys deer hunting, fishing and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bret Milbert - Manager

Bret Milbert- Manager Bret has been with ServiceOne for more than seven years and started as an installer. Within three years he became Manager of the Dubuque office. Bret holds a license as: Master Plumber, Master HVAC and Master Hydronics. Bret is married with two boys and while living in Dyersville enjoys hunting and fishing.
